I am from out of state and ordered a “thank you” bouquet online for a dear friend of mine. I have never ordered from Big Bud’s Florist before. Placing the order was very easy. It was a Saturday and the order was to be delivered on Sunday. A representative from Big Bud’s Florist called me on Sunday morning to let me know that they did not have the right blooms for the bouquet I selected but that they would have them on Monday. They gave me the choice to A) have them select another equivalent bouquet and deliver it on Sunday or B) I could wait until Monday when they get their supply of flowers delivered. The delivery date was not crucial to my order so I told them I could wait until Monday and have the arrangement that I selected online. They made the same arrangement that I had ordered & sent me a photo of the bouquet! I always wonder what the bouquet looks like when I order flowers for someone. Sending me a photo of the finished product was an excellent option! The representative was very kind and appreciative of me being their customer. I will DEFINITELY order from Big Bud’s Florist again. They are now in my contacts! A BIG thank you to Big Bud’s Florist!
