This was one of the best floral shopping experience I have had! Why? 1) I received a call asking for clarification of my request, and not making an assumption. 2) Also, they called to tell me the floral arrangement was delivered successfully and 3) they actually took a picture of the finished arrangement and texted it to me!! They truly exceeded my expectation! Big Buds: Please continue your excellent on point customer service as it really makes your company stand out among others!
