What a great experience! I ordered online on Saturday for same day delivery. I'm in Pennsylvania so I wanted a local (Huntersville, NC) florist to deliver for my Uncle's funeral. I was blown away by the service I was provided! I was contacted several times by email in the process. I was sent a picture of the beautiful arrangement that was delivered to my family and notified when it was delivered. I also recieved a voice mail telling me the same and asking if there was anything else they could do for me! I highly recommend big buds florist!!!! Thanks for making this experience so great!!!

Big Buds not only had the best price when I was searching for a delivery for my friend, they had the best customer service. They actually called me after it was delivered and sent me a picture of it being delivered, which has never been done for me before. Highly recommend!
