Elaine was awesome to work with!!! I live in NH and was sending flowers to friends in TX. She was pleasant and friendly when she called to get my approval to change some flowers since the supplier's quality for the flowers I chose were not up to her standards. She gave suggestions for an upgraded version but did not charge for the upgrade then texted me a pic of the arrangement before delivering. She also texted a pic of the arrangement on the front steps. I was so pleased with her customer service and professionalism! I will definitely order from them again.

Had the absolute best experience with Big Buds! I am a college student and wanted to order a bouquet for my moms birthday, and they made it so easy to accomplish and made the moment so special. Could not say enough good things about them.
