I was very pleased with the service provided by Big Bud's Florist having just randomly chosen them since I was out of town ordering for someone local. They called me on a Sunday to ask about a color preference, followed up with a phone call the next day advising of the delivery and thanking me for my business. They even emailed me a picture of the beautiful orchids sent to my friend. I would highly recommend them, very impressed!
